I also hereby convey my heartfelt condolences to Senator Obama and his family for the passing away of Ms Dunham.
How very sad that Ms Dunham did not live long enough to see her grandson elected President of the United States.

Thanks for the pictures. I don't visit this site often enough. One thing that stands out here consistently is the great heart and compassion shown, often about people and topics not mentioned elsewhere.
Obviously she had a tremendous contribution in making Obama a fine man that he is. It is a pity that she did not live to see her grandson become President of USA and the leader of free world. May the Almighty rest her soul in peace
What a terrible shame that she passed away the day before her grandson was elected President of the United States.
