Thank you for explaining that we are developing Afghanistan after all this time. I would never have guessed. I guess development at a cost of more than $100 billion a year for American soldiers alone would be cheap at twice the price.

Labor intensiveness is required so the wealth gets spread around. Oil and gas don't do this.<br /><br />There is one opportunity that comes to mind, the poppy.
