Human laughter is apparently physiologically similar to the hooting of chimpanzees. It may function as a sort of psychological release mechanism for defusing tensions in a close social group. I wonder whether this camel’s vocalizations might not be something entirely different–a cry of distress, for example–and whether analogous muscle groups are used.
I love it that you’re not above throwing a bit of zany humor in there every once in while.
And what is going on with the animal kingdom anyway.

But I’m not sure it’s going to be that good an idea to imitate us.
It SOUNDS like there is a thick line between being tickled and being tortured. From the ‘laugh’ I cant tell the difference?!
