  1. The whole thing is a shambles (and Blatter has admitted as much). There is one huge problem – it’s impossible to play soccer at 50 degrees Celsius and high humidity. If games are moved to mornings and evenings, global live TV coverage is a problem. There has been talk of moving the tournament to a winter month, but this would ruin the domestic schedules of many of the countries competing.
