AD-DURRATU ‘L-BAIZA’ البيضاءالدرة
Lit. “The pearl of light.” A term used by Sufi mystics to express the ‘aqlu ‘l-awwal, the first intelligence which God is said to have created at the beginning of the animate world. (‘Abdu ‘r-Razzaq’s Dictionary of Suf’i Terms.)
