I'm just happy President Obama isn't support Morsi. Hopefully he is ousted and someone who is not part of the Muslim brotherhood or any radical organization can step in.
My biggest problem with this issue is the fact that there are so many incredibly important things to be focusing on (like the middle east) and climate change is the least important to American interests. I can't imagine other nations are taking us seriously. Not to mention I am not sold on "global warming".
It's interesting to see the hypocrisy of the White House on this matter. This time around they are supporting the government that is not supporting the people. The very thing they claimed to oppose.
There hasn't been a time when this country needed good press like it does today. Many of the people I talk to have no idea what is really happening in the world or in this country.
Rowhani is the perfect leader if you want to please the west and still push your radical agenda. I read a quote by him about how he had agreed to cooperate on the nuclear issue and it allowed them to make significant nuclear progress. He will say one thing and do another. He is only a moderate on the exterior.
The Taliban's agenda has not changed. I don't blame them for being excited to negotiate. We have done a lot to help their cause lately. If I was America's enemy I'd try to negotiate too.
I don't see this situation ending well in the short term. I can't see the Muslim Brotherhood giving give up power willingly.

The hypocrisy in all of it is unbearable. Hypocrisy seems to be a growing problem coming out of Washington.
I never thought about our ability to collect that kind of data on other countries. Google certainly has access to a lot of.
It will be interesting to see where this leads. So far it looks like the US doesn't want to support the people a second time.
Doesn't surprise me.

I find it interesting that some people really doubt that the NSA would collect data on American citizens. This response just confirms it in my mind.

And they thought Hosni Mubarak was bad?
