The Washington Post reported this morning that during the Clinton impeachment (a real witch hunt!) the "Independent Counsel Ken Starr commissioned the 1998 memo, which was written by prominent conservative legal mind Ronald Rotunda."
The memo says “It is proper, constitutional, and legal for a federal grand jury to indict a sitting president for serious criminal acts that are not part of, and are contrary to, the president’s official duties,” the memo concludes. “In this country, no one, even President Clinton, is above the law.”
This attack on Syria was illegal, unconstitutional and an act of war, to quote Representative Barbara Lee. It's ghastly, like the bloc of corporate Democrats and Corporate Media supporting Bush's war against Iraq.

And here we are again.
