When we point out the negative return-on-investment of GW Bush's Mideast fiasco, we might well mention that the US imprisoned al Baghdadi with several others who also became radical and extreme Islamist leaders:
11. The Joint Forces Staff College probably has records of every person who was exposed to the offensive material. Gen. Dempsey and the Joint Chiefs should require them to attend remedial courses.

To quibble, it's not carbon particles in the atmosphere, it's carbon dioxide (CO2) gas that's contributing to global climate change. Our planet's atmosphere presently contains about 390 parts of carbon dioxide per million (ppm). See, for example, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_dioxide_in_Earth's_atmosphere.

Um... typo alert? I think you meant a raise of $1800, not $7800. I'm thinkin': ($200 - $50) x 12 = $1800.

"But the narrative solidifies in 2005, when he [al Baghdadi] was captured by American forces and spent the next four years a prisoner in the Bucca Camp in southern Iraq. It was from his time there that the first known picture of Baghdadi emerged. And it’s also there, reports Al-Monitor, that he possibly met and trained with key al-Qaeda fighters."

In "The Trial of Richard Bruce Cheney", I found:
Judge: “He used the third [sic] person plural, “we,” ...
Should that not be "first person plural"?
I'd like to offer another helpful suggestion:
