As the video suggests, you have to take The Man at his word, that all options are on the table. The recent Isreali air attack on Syria has to be seen as forward progression towards a US-Isreali threat to bomb or missile Tehran

Paul Rogers of Oxford Research Group has an interesting assessment of the pro-con motivations of both Team W and the shakey Amidinijad towards confrontation, in the last third of "Iraq After the Surge"

I have to suspect that an attack (other than the covert operations ongoing) on Iranian soil would metastisize the arming of any Iraqis willing to attack US armor. EFP mines could be deployed in huge numbers, using the existing EID placement infratructure.

The US military used pre-positioned stocks of ordnance and weapons against Saddam. Once man-portable EFP's are accross the border and distributed accross our southern supply routes, passage on iraq's roads could become much more dangerous, for whoever.

A US attack on Iran is not a matter of if, simply when. This crew of criminals in the White House have sought such an attack since Day One, long before 9/11, and the only reason it hasn't happened already is that they really, honestly had no idea how bad things would be in Iraq. They are so blinded by their dogma, so engorged on their hubristic belief that they can "create reality," that they were utterly unprepared for the utter chaos they have created. It is only a matter of when the Israeli bloc in the partnership gets impatient or when the Cheney block decides to go for broke before the attack goes down.

And then Hell will follow for all.
