Petroleum Minister, Governor of Diyala Narrowly escape Assassination

The Governor of Diyala province in the east escaped an assassination attempt when guerrillas detonated a roadside bomb as he was driven to his office. Three Iraqi policemen were wounded in the explosion, two of them gravely.
