  1. The Dallas Ebola outbreak is NOT a political issue.

    It is the direct result of a highly prosperous corporate-owned and operated hospital not following the mandated procedures/guidelines and doing so repeatedly.

  2. Technically speaking, an epidemic is when the number of cases of a disease rises above the baseline incidence, or what is normally expected. Four of your five diseases were definitely epidemics. But we can’t really say that for malaria unless we have a reliable baseline to work from. The title of your report would be more accurately called “The five deadliest infectious diseases of the 20th century.”
