  1. Nowhere does this address the real issue – What of the over a GENERATION of mass intercepts already collected?

    • Will they become permanently archived? Post-archive utilization(s)? By whom?

    • If erased, confirmed and managed by whom?

    Whoever originally thought in toto recording was a good idea is a complete idiot generating a pending threat to individual citizens more odious than a squadron of jets flying into buildings.
