  1. St. Augustine is over 300 miles north of Miami. Their problems with rising oceans are relatively minor compared to the ones in South Florida. There, rising oceans back up the sewage lines and flood the streets. People can’t flush their toilets or get fresh water when the lines back up. This will get much worse in the next 10-20 years. People should sell their homes while they can and leave. South Florida is doomed and nothing will change it from happening. It wouldn’t matter if Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush and all the other cavemen-like Florida Republicans suddenly got religion about climate change. It’s much too late to stop the damage rising sea levels will cause.
