190 Hizbullah Rockets Rain down on Israel
21 Wounded

There had been some question about whether Hizbullah's ability to hit Israel with rockets had been degraded, or whether it was just observing the 48 hour air cease fire. On Wednesday it cleared the mystery up. The indiscriminate firing of rockets on civilian targets wounded 21 persons and one hit the Palestinian West Bank. Among the rockets fired was a long-distance Khaybar II. Targeting civilians or unnecessarily endangering them is a war crime.

As for Israeli attacks on civilians and life-sustaining civilian infrastructure in Lebanon, this site has a useful map and frequent updates.

This is a very useful site. Anyone interested in understanding the nature of this war against the Lebanese people should bookmark it.

Shimon Peres' comments on the Newhour yesterday left little doubt as to Israel's intent. He regretted the civilian deaths. He always regretts the civilan deaths. He would prefer the civilians merely disappear. It would be cheaper for Israel and it would generate less worldwide criticism.

A law professor in Chicago suggests the General Assemble institute a war crimes tribunal. One supposes Shimon Peres taking the stand in defense and stating, "I regretted the deaths, I always regret the deaths."

Israel needs there to be deaths in order to depopulate its future farmland. Israel will cease to regret the deaths as soon as its spin machine can lay all the blame onto the Lebanese.

But be clear on this, Israel uses any means to depopulate whatever lands it wants. What's an eight letter word for 'depopulate.'

Khaybar? Who gets to name these missiles?

Khaybar was the place where a Jewish tribe of Medina lost to the Muslim army. Muslims say it was because the Jewish tribes betrayed the peace treaty they made with the Muslims, and tried to encourage the Banu Quraiza and Meccans to attack and kill the Muslims.

Wikipedia has a one-sided page on it, but this page is helpful.

PM: IDF Stays Until Int'l Force in Place

Israel seems now to be holding Lebanon for ransom : We will continue to murder the Lebanese and to destroy Lebanon until the UN takes over our occupation for us.

And the Demoplican Party is getting ready to introduce a draft to provide US troops to occupy Israel's conquests.

Experts: Not a Single Army Combat Team Left Ready to Deploy

We have found the enemy and he is us.
