King Abdullah's comments are the more significant because his was the first Saudi regime that actually favoured Syria. His influence, it was considered in the kingdom was more "Northern" because he was a Rashidi, breaking from the normal Suderi Seven policies...
We need more patriots, like you, to winkle out the scum that has oppressed our freedoms and ruined our economy. These torturers and liars such as Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld need to feel the misery they created.
Remember the Plame case...these people stopped at nothing to lie to the American Public -- involving us in two unnecessary wars and spending OUR blood and treasure...and now look,,,their successors holding us to ransom over the National Debt. These people need to be stopped.
Compare ourselves to Egypt and we come up short. Our revolution is so incomplete. We are still ruled by the likes of King George.
I notice that a ship from Latakia via Mersin bound for Alexandria was intercepted by the Israeli navy. Officially the arms on board were bound for Hamas?? But Alexandria is nearer the Libyan border than Gaza. Could it be that the supply to the "rebels" is being deliberately squeezed? I fear for the future of those protectors who have reluctantly and amateurishly have reacted to Gaddhafi's brutality by taking up arms. A no-fly zone is not enough. These people need proper support to avoid their having their lives teased out of them by torture, which is inevitable should G. win. The UK and France are the only ones with the fire to help. The US is hopeless, Italy corrupt, and Germany milquetoast. God help us all. What is happening in Libya (and Bahrain) is pure realpolitik. I guess the lack of reaction is that we are all too well-fed and indifferent. Let's not leave it too late...even the Arab League has said something decisive about Gaddhafi...even the Arab League. Have we no decency?
