( IMEMC ) – Updated: On Wednesday, Day 93 since the resumption of the genocide, Israeli missiles and shells killed and injured dozens of Palestinians in many areas across the destroyed, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip.
Media sources said that 11 civilians were killed, and more than 70 injured, on the Salahuddin Street, near Wadi Gaza in the central part of the Strip while waiting to receive aid, after Israeli forces opened fire and shelled the area.
The Israeli military also conducted a deadly strike on Al-Maghazi refugee camp, targeting the home of the Al-Ghamri family, ten Palestinians, including both parents and their children.
Eight more civilians were killed and others sustained injuries after a home near Ali Mosque in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City was bombed.
In a separate strike, five members of the Rasras family, including parents and two children, were killed when Israeli warplanes targeted tents sheltering displaced families in Al-Atatara, in Mawasi Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.
Additional large-scale demolitions were reported in eastern Gaza City and Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip, where residential homes were systematically destroyed.
On Tuesday night, eight Palestinians from the Abu Shammala family were killed, and at least fourteen injured, when the army bombarded their homes in the Al-Bureij refugee camp, in central Gaza.
On Tuesday, the 92nd day since the resumption of the Israeli genocide in Gaza on March 18th (after just 54 days of ceasefire), the Israeli army continued its bombing and shelling across various areas of the devastated and besieged Gaza Strip, resulting in numerous fatalities and injuries.
Since the implementation of the current American “aid distribution system” on May 27, 2024, more than 300 Palestinians have been killed and dozens injured.
The designated aid distribution centers affiliated with the so-called Israeli-American “Gaza Humanitarian Relief Foundation,” which has been rejected by the United Nations, have effectively become sites of mass killing. Civilians have also been subjected to humiliation, forced displacement, and dire humanitarian conditions.
An Israeli military spokesperson said on Wednesday that the army struck more than 75 locations across the Gaza Strip in the past day.
He claimed the operations are part of ongoing efforts to “secure the release of hostages and dismantle Hamas’s governance,” according to his statement.

At the same time, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) warned that critical services in Gaza are nearing total collapse. With fuel reserves nearly depleted, hospitals have been plunged into darkness, water supplies are drying up, and ambulances are no longer operational.
Over the last 24 hours in Gaza, at least 64 Palestinians were killed while trying to reach aid centers, or after being targeted after gathering near the aid centers, and more than 397 have been injured.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres condemned the deadly attacks carried out by Israeli forces against Palestinians waiting for humanitarian aid in southern Gaza, describing the targeting of civilians seeking food as “completely unacceptable. . .
