While this bombing is fully deserving of strong condemnation, I'll only paraphrase what Netanyahu's gone around saying, when confronted with Israel's own atrocities on Palestinians - 'there are many, many more people dying in conflicts elsewhere in the Middle East, so why pay attention to this particular incident ?'
Whatever else the girl said, the comment "against Israel" could - by definition - not have been bullying. Any attempt to invoke the bullying law against those comments were a misuse of state laws and a violation of her freedom of speech.
Her religion is completely irrelevant to the issue. Anyone has the right to strongly criticize Israel.
