Loubna Qutami is a President's Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. Her research examines the way refugee youth are forging new solidarities and linking service and political praxis as a result of multiscalar forms of dispossession, siege, and catastrophe they are enduring.
