Everett Wohlers He served as a Judge Advocate in the National Guard for over 20 years. Everett Wohlers retired from the Army National Guard as a Colonel. He had served as a Judge Advocate officer in the National Guard for 21 years. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, and served six years on active duty, including service in the Vietnam war. He has advanced degrees in government and business.
