The Republicans are desperate to counter any suggestion that we are actually achieving results with the Iranians that would have been unthinkable before the nuclear deal. With the release of Americans today and nuclear compliance, a nice bow has been put on the truth that diplomacy can be successful.
I am for Bernie but for the life of me I don't see how the Democratic party has any influence over me whatsoever. Bernie has 2.3 million contributions which is a record. Even though Bernie was able to do this, it is offered up that the Democratic party can throw this election. Bernie's weakness is amongst black voters as that is a traditional constituency of the Clintons. Bernie is trying mightily to capture more of this vote, but his failure to do so has nothing to do with the Democratic party. However, I think the lack of media coverage could be a major reason he is not doing better as he needs the name recognition and exposure that Hillary doesn't need. All those with little name recognition have been screwed by both the conservative and liberal media because they have devoted almost all of their time to Trump. And they opine daily and wonder why Trump is so far ahead.
"Fucked" is a metaphor for a number of things, including being without hope. Being schlonged may be a metaphor for being beaten but that does not change the fact that is a vulgarity. As far as that goes, "fuck you" is also usually not tobe taken literally but somehow I think that if Trump used this phrase at one of his public rallies, most people would not give him a pass just because it is a metaphor.
Actually, Cruz apparently doesn't even know what carpet bombing is as he indicated in the debate that it would be selective. But this isn't about an attempt of any of the candidates to get at anything approaching the truth. The Republicans are afraid to discuss what they really want for America so they focus on fear.
Saddam was absolutely horrible and yet we spend trillions taking him down and the occupying Iraq for a decade. We are now worse off than when we started. Our focus on bad people should prioritize those who have the inclination and the ability to threaten us and our allies. If it is determined that Assad is a threat to us, then by all means take him down.

My guess is that he is talking about people murdered over people murdering.
Why doesn't Trump admire ISIL? Talk about your strong leaders. I am sure he could easily negotiate with them as they have so much in common.

Still waiting for some words of sympathy from any Republican candidate regarding attacks on Planned Parenthood. All lives apparently don't matter.
